Our Mission

Dr. Sabrina Jennings and Dr. Melissa Womble are clinical psychologists and co-founders of Sport Psychs. As previous collegiate Division I athletes, both Dr. Jennings and Dr. Womble have a passion for working with athletes and other performers to help them learn and utilize specific psychological techniques to equip their mind for success.

Dr. Womble and Dr. Jennings have offered sport psychology services for 10+ years with athletes and performers ranging from the amateur to professional levels. Sport psychology services can be appropriate for athletes and other performers experiencing burn out, communication difficulties with coaches/teammates, performance anxiety, mental blocks, decreased confidence, recovering from an injury or simply wanting to improve overall performance. Whether you're at the professional level or just starting out, they are here to help you reach your goals.
